  • Installs, repairs and maintains electrical components of industrial equipment.

  • Design and connect electrical panels for material handling equipment, debug PLC logic, and troubleshoot electrical/electronic controls and circuits.
  • Independent work in the engineering department to design and manufacture new computerized and PLC integrated equipment for process control and monitoring systems.
  • Perform routine tasks, ductwork shut down electrical and instrumentation equipment, and work in engine control centers. We perform TIG, MIG, and electrode welding to make or repair parts.
  • Make decisions based on technical documentation.
  • Performs testing and quality checks.
  • Reports and tracks all maintenance activities in the company’s CMMS program.
  • Establishes and drafts LOTO policies, procedures, and guidelines for the operation and maintenance of the enterprise.
  • Install wires, cables, drive motors, variable frequency drives, sensors, and encoders.
  • Install new switch panel, connect CNC machine, install resin pump and grinder gun.
  • Install lighting and motor control circuits, landfill service wiring, feeders, and drop panels per NEC specifications.
  • Follow facility policies following OSHA, EPA, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Mark/Test Safety, and Access Restrictions.
  • Install, repair, and maintain fire and safety systems by NFPA and NEC.
  • Assesses the purchase of electrical avionics equipment.
  • Diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and avionics systems on various Learjet business aircraft.
